Falling water blurs my sight
The gazing red cars follow my
Steps through the night
Where I lose sense of time
Then someone said
She’s the top of mind of at least twenty guys
I’m not proud ‘cause I can’t
Charge up without someone
My front door’s always dancing
(While I’m not at home)
Could you stop breaking all the windows?
Do you feel better now that you have seen where I come from?
Why do you speak from the heart?
When there’s no room for a daydream?
Last night was fun but don’t call me
Since you left I’m floating in the sea
I’m not proud ‘cause I can’t
Charge up without someone
My front door’s always dancing
(While I’m not at home)
I’m not proud ‘cause I can’t
Charge up without someone
My front door’s always dancing
But I’m not at home)
Gotta find my way back before you
Gotta find my way back
Gotta close the door and dim the lights too
Gotta find my way back
Gotta find my way back

A truly stunning album that mentally transports you to foggy early morning streets, the pavement wet from recent rains. Dreary, but in a comforting way. Like sitting next to a window during a rainstorm, listening to the drops hit the glass while remaining warm. Never fails to make me feel safe. Crow Yo

I think it's difficult to write songs about something other than romantic love, and still be able to communicate the intensity with which those feelings can hit a person. Some of the entries on this album are fantastic examples of this niche. dani_bloop
